Farmstand
Our latest development, Farmstand Condominiums, is well underway. This residential rental property will initially feature 31 units with both 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms available. (Phase II of this development has already begun and will include an additional 31 units.) The units will range in size from approximately 900 sq ft up to 1378 sq ft. Various units will feature gas fireplaces, deck space, underground garage parking, granite countertop, washer/dryer hookups and fitness center. Three-Eighty-Eight
Another of our recent developments is a new extended stay complex located on the corner of Shelburne Road and Prospect Street in Burlington three eighty eight will feature 3 studio suites, 31 one-bedrooom suites, and 1 two-bedroom suite. Flexible stay terms will be available to accommodate both short term and long term stays. All of our suites will feature a fully applianced kitchen (stove, range, microwave, and dishwashers) as well as air conditioning units. We will offer a selection of furnished and unfurnished suites. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on all three floors, as well has hook-ups in several of the units.
