Amanda joined the Larkin Team in 2025 to oversee financial planning, reporting, and strategic operations to support growth and investment initiatives. With over a decade of experience in banking, operations, and business development, combined with her background in clinical psychology, Amanda brings a unique blend of financial acumen and human-centered insight into her work. She is known for her ability to lead with both strategy and empathy, consistently delivering strong results while fostering a positive workplace culture. Outside of work, Amanda can be found helping her three rescue dogs live their best life, spending time with her husband and children, at the beach, skiing, at the gym, or volunteering at the Humane Society.
